These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your pre-registration process on www.xroxgroup.com (the "Website"). By completing the pre-registration process, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not proceed with the pre-registration process.
1. Pre-Registration Process
1.1. To pre-register on the Website, you must provide certain information as requested in the pre-registration form.
1.2. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the pre-registration process.
1.3. Pre-registration does not guarantee official membership. Members will be notified accordingly via email for the official full launch and onboard officially.
1.4. A reference number will be issued upon the member's acknowledgment of their completion of the pre-registration process.
1.5. Pre-registration is facilitated through Xrox Whisper, our data bank that holds data and information. You can access the pre-registration platform at https://register.xroxwhisper.com.
2. Eligibility
2.1. By pre-registering on the Website, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
2.2. You further represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
3. Ownership and Use
3.1. The pre-registration process and any information provided therein are owned and controlled by Xrox Group.
3.2. By completing the pre-registration process, you grant Xrox Group the right to use the information provided for the purpose of pre-registration and related activities.
3.3. Images used on the Website are for illustration purposes only. Credits shall be given to the platform provider. Xrox-owned images are subject to copyright.
4. Communications
4.1. By pre-registering on the Website, you consent to receive communications from Xrox Group regarding your pre-registration and related updates.
4.2. You may opt-out of receiving such communications at any time by filling up the online contact forms available at the website under the Contact section.
5. Cookie and Privacy Policies
5.1. By completing the pre-registration process, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to our Cookie Policy and Privacy Policy, which are incorporated by reference into these Terms.
6. Non-Payment at Pre-Registration
6.1. No payment is required during the pre-registration process at the soft launch stage.
7. Annual Renewal Gifting Service Fees
7.1. Upon official full registration at the full launch stage, an annual renewal gifting service fee of MYR 111 will be required. This fee is non-refundable.
8. Cash Rebates and Buddy-Along Program
8.1. Each member will receive a reference number upon completion of pre-registration.
8.2. Members can use this reference number for the "Buddy-Along" cash rebates program. Members will receive MYR 2 cash rebate for each buddy they refer to become an Xrox Family member.
8.3. Cash rebates can be used to offset annual fees or any products or services from Xrox Family space.
8.4. Recurring cash rebates will be provided as long as the referred buddy remains an Xrox Family member.
9. Anti-Money Laundering
9.1. Members declare that they are not involved in any form of money laundering or related illegal activities.
9.2. Members declare that any money used to pay for Xrox services and products is free from any association with money laundering or related illegal activities.
10. Banking Details
10.1. Xrox will not collect any banking details from members. All cash rebates earned will be used to offset against Xrox services and products.
11. Xrox's Rights
11.1. Xrox Group reserves the right to revise annual fees on a yearly basis or due to any economic situations beyond its control.
12. Limitation of Liability
12.1. Xrox Group shall not be liable to you or any third party for any damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of or in connection with the pre-registration process, including but not limited to any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
12.2. Xrox shall not be responsible for any third-party vendor's technical problems, such as power outages or network connections, if members can't access the system at any point in time.
12.3. Any personal relevant taxes incurred as a result of the pre-registration process are not the duty or liability of Xrox Group.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
13.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
14. Geographical Limitation
14.1. Applicants are not restricted to any countries, as long as they have a delivery address in Malaysia.
15. Exclusive Rewards and Benefits
15.1. Exclusive rewards, benefits, perks, goodies, and other offerings listed on the Website are for overall reference only. Final terms and conditions regarding these offerings are subject to onboard members. Xrox Group reserves the right to revise these offerings at its discretion.
16. Final Terms and Conditions
16.1. The final terms and conditions shall be subject to official onboarding. Upon official full registration, members will be provided with the updated terms and conditions for their review and agreement.
17. Entire Agreement
17.1. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Xrox Group regarding the pre-registration process and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
18. Agreement Link
18.1. By clicking the "Agree" button or otherwise indicating your acceptance of these Terms during the pre-registration process, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
